Dragon Con 2026 – Sunday show

An audio drama triple-threat for our traditional Sunday show at our largest venue. Starting with Paranoirmal Encounters: Hazel’s Holiday by Paige Steadman, we explore the life of an ordinary housecat who just happens to keep her human safe from monsters and spirits and otherdimensional entities. Next up, a steampunk retelling of the classic Hans Christian Anderson story of the Little Matchgirl in Candle Magic by Kelley S. Ceccato. And we finish up with a Dragon Con favorite, Ron N. Butler’s Rory Rammer, Space Marshal: The Angel of Destruction.

Solution Unsatisfactory at Academy Theatre 2026

ARTC returns to the Academy Theatre in Hapeville with classic science fiction! Solution Unsatisfactory by Robert A. Heinlein, adapted for audio by Daniel Taylor.

Before Pearl Harbor. Before the war in Europe became a World War. Robert A. Heinlein considered the consequences of an unrestricted arms race. He foresaw the possibility of a Cold War, a time of tensions and uncertainty  with both major powers possessing doomsday weapons. Witness now the precience of the Dean of Science Fiction, who saw it coming in 1941. Follow a chain of events extraordinary, leading to a problem unprecedented, and a Solution Unsatisfactory.

We’ll have three exciting new releases for attendees at Dragon Con this year, and for those of you who are reading this website right now! First, our 2012 live production of “The Dunwich Horror” by H. P. Lovecraft, adapted by Thomas E. Fuller, featuring music by The Ghosts Project with Alton Leonard. Next, not just the long-awaited Volume 2, but also Volume 3 of our fan-favorite series Rory Rammer, Space Marshal, created and written by Ron N. Butler!

We’ve got a couple of other titles in the works that should be ready in time for the convention, but we hate to make promises we can’t keep, so watch this space for news of those when they’re ready!
