ARTC wants you, our customer, to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please give us the opportunity to make it right. Contact us with your concerns.
In the unlikely event you receive a defective product from us we will happily replace it at no cost. Otherwise, all sales of recorded media are final.
Non-recording products (T-shirts, etc.), if still in brand new condition, may be returned within 30 days after delivery for a full refund (less shipping).

Products purchased via a third party (downloadable content, on-demand merchandise, etc) are subject to the return policies of those vendors.
Orders are shipped within one week after being placed (usually within 2-3 days). You may request to change or cancel your order any time up to the day before it is actually shipped by contacting us via our web form. As long as we receive your e-mail before shipment, we will make the requested change.

We may use this information, with your permission, to inform you about new products, updates to our web site, or other marketing information. Furthermore, ARTC observes a strict opt-in policy in regards to our newsletter and e-mail lists. Just because you interact with us does not mean you will automatically be put on the mailing list. We believe that our products and news are compelling enough that we shouldn’t have to automatically enroll you just because you bought something or asked us a question.
